Terms and Conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card with the first night's room and tax on deposit. Cancellations must be received within 72 hours of arrival.

Special Events, as determined by the hotel, require one night's deposit when making the reservation with the balance due within 30 days unless otherwise stated. This deposit is non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

The applicable tax is currently 13% state tax plus $1.00 per room per night city tax.

Valet parking available, and secured daily parking is also available for $16.95 + tax per day with unlimited entrance and exit privileges. These privileges are subject to change during special events.

Room types and locations are by request and we will do our best to accommodate every request. However, sometimes for reasons beyond our control, a location or room type may not be available on arrival. We will try to accommodate your request the following day.

Quoted rates do not include $2.95/n insured safe charge or $3.95/n phone charge, which includes unlimited domestic long distance, local, operator assisted, toll free and dial-up internet access.
